理事長のご挨拶​​

　このたび、ご縁をいただき、

特定非営利活動法人 国際教養教育交流協会の理事長

を拝命いたしました。

　私はこれまで、フィリピンをはじめとする東南アジア

諸国の研究を行う中で、さまざまな国や地域の素晴らしい人々

と出会ってまいりました。
　その経験を通じ、多様な文化や価値観に触れ、互いに理解し

学び合うことの大切さを実感しております。

　近年、日本にはアジアに限らず世界各国から多くの方々が

訪れ、共に暮らす社会となっています。異なる文化や習慣を

持つ人々が、違いを認め合いながら学び合うことで、新たな

可能性が生まれます。

　とりわけ、子どもたちが幼い頃から、日本にいながら

国際交流を体験し、楽しみながら学び合える環境を持つことは、

未来に向けて非常に意義深いことだと考えております。

新しい世代が新しい社会を築いていく――
　

　その歩みを温かく見守り、支える存在でありたいと願っております。

    本協会に集う皆さま、運営に携わる皆さま、そして応援してくださる皆さまが、互いにつながり、喜びを分かち合える場となることを心より願っております。

Message from the Executive Director

　It is a great honor for me to have been appointed as Executive Director of the Specified Nonprofit Corporation Association of International Culture and Communication.Through my academic research on Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, I have had the opportunity to meet many outstanding people from diverse cultural backgrounds. These experiences have deepened my belief in the importance of mutual understanding and learning across cultures.

   In recent years, Japan has become a society where people from various countries live together. When individuals with different cultures and customs respect one another and learn together, new possibilities are created.

   I believe it is especially meaningful for children to have opportunities, from an early age, to experience international exchange while living in Japan, learning joyfully and naturally in a multicultural environment.

As a new generation builds a new society, I hope our association can serve as a supportive presence, watching over and encouraging their growth.

    I sincerely wish that all those involved with our association—participants, organizers, and supporters—will connect with one another and share joy and fulfillment together.

理事长致辞

　　承蒙各方信任与支持，我谨就任特定非营利活动法人国际教养教育交流协会 理事长一职，谨致以诚挚的感谢。在从事菲律宾等东南亚国家研究的过程中，我结识了来自不同国家和地区的许多优秀人士。这些经历让我深刻体会到，跨文化理解与相互学习的重要意义。

　　近年来，日本逐渐发展成为一个多元共生的社会，来自世界各地的人们在此生活、学习与工作。不同文化与生活习惯的人们，若能彼此尊重、共同学习，必将创造新的可能性。

我认为，让孩子们从小便能在日本体验国际交流，在轻松愉快的氛围中学习与成长，是面向未来极具价值的事情。

　　新一代正在构建新的社会。希望本协会能够成为守护并支持这一过程的重要力量。

衷心期望，所有参与本协会、支持本协会的朋友们，能够彼此联结，共同分享成长与喜悦。
